Useful app.

Easy….. Great Tool

I’ve been using this app for the past two years and it’s been good up until 6 months ago. It’s so slow and buggy it’s infuriating. Every time I request a shift I have to force close the app and open it again to request another shift because it says error or when I go back to the open shifts page it doesn’t show the dates anymore. Just so much extra work for no reason. PLEASE FIX!!

Trying to sign in but it keeps saying my password is wrong and when I try to reset it there’s no recovery email sent. Please fix

This app is infuriating. It spams me with notifications, “you have a shift ending at XYZ.” I can’t do anything in the app until I clear a half dozen of said notifications. The app is slow and laggy, and I can’t even type without it freezing on me. It is an absolute chore and burden to use and whoever cleared this buggy abomination for use should reconsider their career. Per developer request, the issues are as follows: -The app sends several notifications when I am clocked in: “You have a shift ending at (time).” -Each time I open the app, I get 5+ popups that say the same, which are slow to clear out and take several taps per notification. -The message area specifically is slow to scroll through, and to type a message. -The home screen is slowed by the pop-ups, and it takes several taps for the clock-in button to work. I am running this on a 1 year old iPhone 13 Pro.

Cool app that myself and my employer is using because no matter which site I’m scheduled to work at, as long as there’s good internet connectivity, I am able to clock in and out for my all of my shifts. But the one thing that I’m not seeing on the app or the website Planday is the ability to request time off whenever I need too. So developer any ideas on why that is? Let me know and I’ll get back to you soon as I can.

Can’t request time off. System need to be updated because it doesn’t work.

Great app, I run a company and use it everyday, but consistently have issues where employees can't clock in

So slow. Always freezes and shuts off, then you have to reopen the app and it’s still slow. Could be a great app if it didn’t take me 2 minutes just to see my shift the next day.

This app is a pain in the butt! It always closes out mid login. Then it freezes. Just not impressed

For no apparent reason, I can no longer edit anything. No schedules, add employees, nothing... Nothing in the app tells me why.

Horrible experience using this app. App fails to correctly capture employee punch time, NO SUPPORT!! Don’t waste your time or money!!

Please give us the ability to batch edit the mailbox. I have literally dozens of unread messages that I will never read but can’t delete or mark as read unless I do it one by one.

I enjoy Planday for the simple things as well as for thejxjxjdkd eisnwnwkskekxkdnxbxxbxjxjxk has to come in the same way for ya lol right

It crashes a lot and signs you out doesn’t load or takes forever they really need to troubleshoot this thing it’s highly irritating

i like this app but can you guys fix it so we can get alerts when my schedule is posted... i checked my settings and everything is on but i nor my team get any notifications of any kind

This app is great and super easy to use but there’s one thing that could make a huge difference for myself and many others. I work valet and often pick up shifts at other locations besides the hotel I typically work at. When covering a shift it would be nice to see the address of the location I’m going to. Just had to bail on a shift because After going to 3 different locations I could not find the right one because the name was not very specific. for example if I’m going to pick up a shift at the Marriott I could be driving around Orange County for days before I found the correct one. Hope to see an update solving this problem, other than that I have nothing but good things to say about this app. thanks!

The location is great but little space in the entrance. Unlike some other stores where there is lots of space in the entrance where we can set up our display.

Most of the time I can’t log into this app. It says my information is wrong when I have it on auto fill so I know it’s correct. It’s also very unresponsive sometimes. I like the lay out and how easy it is to navigate but the login is a really big issue.

This app is key!!

It’s always logging me out and I always have to sign in all over again . Not cool ..

I synced planned it to my calendar and it puts me on the schedule for days we’re not even open

Really frustrating when I try to swap a colleague a shift & the shift I’m trying to swap for doesn’t exist as a swap option 😒

The app is slow even after updated. It freezes a lot of times. When I receive a notification for a new message, it does not open it. I would have to sign out then sign back in then it would open it.

Would be better if there was an easy way to duplicate shifts for multiple days

I was hoping to have a user-friendly scheduler to make the schedules for my department, putting a bunch of personal information for employees just to be able to schedule them I just want a simple app where I can put someone on the schedule name in time I don’t need all the other frills I guess.

They started charging more every month I’ve been legit trying to cancel for months now but they keep on charging me. Biggest scam ever look at there reviews on google 1.4 stars

Put the pay periods and what shifts fall in that pay period. That would be great

Planday has a simple easy to use and straightforward forward interface but most of the time it is annoyingly slow to load on my 6s. It won’t log in automatically many times and i have to put company name/username/ password..which isn’t that convenient for a scheduling app and some times I get the error ‘ server not responding ‘ after giving you the ring of death for a long time!!. Otherwise its a good functional app.

The layout and app look great. The system has a lot of glitches. When I call about problems I get a rep overseas who doesn’t know the system. Then they don’t get back to you and follow up.

Great. Easy fast accurate

I tried cancelling this service and they are still charging me. Then they sent me an email stating they were going to upgrade me to the plus service after I had already cancelled weeks ago.

I love this Planday app! Although I’m not running a business with revenue, The app keeps track of Employees hours, let you send notifications of excessive lateness, absences, Payroll, request off and so much more! This is the most user-friendly app that I have ever encountered. I have downloaded many apps just to see if they work according to my needs and this app is The best one out there! I have caregivers coming in to our home to take care of my mom personal needs and it’s always good to see laid out in report form how much money I need to pay each employee, how many hours of work, and days of request off. The best feature is SWAP For scheduling which will allow the employees to swap Schedule shifts or to sell their shifts. My employees found this app very easy to use and navigate as well. We like the convenience of being able to clock in and out on your mobile device. I highly recommend !

This is my first time using the app. We use this for the soccer club i work for. I have never used anything so easy and so user friendly. I love like it.

Horrific. Constant crashes I’d say 50-60% of the time it works.

What the app offers is good - when it works. For the last 2 months, my boss has had trouble assigning shifts. My coworkers and I put in our availability but the app allows us to be scheduled on days we cannot work. Also, the app could be CONSIDERABLY more user-friendly. It’s set up very poorly.

For the most part, I’d say that this app is great; however, an option to delete all messages would be amaaaaaaaazing.

Really like having this in my pocket. I can schedule my team from anywhere and check on any swaps or requests. The computer side is nice too it lets me do a whole lot more and just generally keeps me organized.

Any company unwilling to let you stop a online contract on an app is ridiculous and don’t get or pay for

Terrible app I would advise business owners to pay someone to do scheduling rather then rely on this

An employees should be able enter a vacation day / PTO day for approval, rather than send a message and hope someone remembers to enter it. If an employee forgets to punch in, they should be able to enter the punch Time subject to approval. It would be helpful if an employee could go back and review their prior shifts to see if something is amiss rather than find out on pay day.

I use this app for my job. The navigation is pretty clear. I can understand everything on the app while using it.

Stay away from Planday. It is an offshore company pretends as a US company. The worst thing is they do not have cancellation or payment type update option. You need to contact them and wait for weeks for a simple request. After spending weeks and months, they will deny your request by claiming that you are on a contract which is a total lie. Believe me, Google sheets would do the same job for you. As a summary, Stay away from Planday.

Really excited about using it. Until I opened it. First thing it asks me is my login info but I don't even have an account.
